Mr. Stephan graduated from Capital University in 1971. While attending college, he obtained a United States Air Force Scholarship and graduated as a distinguished military cadet. In 1974, he graduated from Capital University Law School and entered the United States Air Force as a Judge Advocate while on active duty. He was awarded two Air Force Accommodation Medals for his superior service. In 1978, he separated from the Air Force and returned to his hometown of Xenia, Ohio. He entered private practice at this time. During his private practice career, he has been selected by Martindale Hubbel as a distinguished counsel, noting “high ethical standards and superior legal services”. He is a past president of the Greene County Bar Association, Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Xenia Rotary Club. He was selected by Xenia High School as a Hall of Honor Community Leader and inducted in Xenia High School Athletic Hall of Fame. His community activities have been recognized by the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate. Mr. Stephan established Home Site Title Agency, Inc. in Xenia, Ohio in 1991. Recently, Home Site Title Company, Inc. was selected as the Best Title Company in Greene County by Google Research. He has been married to Ingrid Lundberg Stephan, since 1972. Mr. Stephan has two children and five grandchildren. His favorite hobby is traveling the world with his children and grandchildren.  

Ms. Stephan graduated from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in General Business Administration/Pre Law. She graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2003 with a Juris Doctor Degree. Ms. Stephan was admitted to practice law on November 10th, 2003. I is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Greene County Bar Association. Ms. Stephan is also a part-time Magistrate at the Greene County Juvenile Court.

Mrs. Bieniek graduated from Sinclair Community College in 1989 with her Associates in Applied Science – Legal Assisting.  She has been working as a Paralegal since that time in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, and corporate law. She has been with Stephan and Stephan Law Group since 2012, and has worked closely with Home Site Title to help our clients with their real estate needs.  Mrs. Bieniek takes pride in making sure that the client understands the process from both the legal and title side of our office.  Outside of the office, Mrs. Bieniek has been married for 35 years and has one child.  She enjoys spending time with her family and being creative in her sewing room.

Mrs. Crowe has worked in the real estate title industry for 5+ years with part of that experience being in the State of Alabama. She has been with Home Site Title since June of 2024. She loves being able to help close on the biggest investment in your life and love’s to make the process for this go as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. She takes pride in everything she does and strives to be the best Licensed Title Agent she could possibly be each and every day. “You learn something new everyday” and “everything happens for a reason” are my mottos. Mrs. Crowe has been with her husband for over 13 years and we have a son who is in Cub Scouts. She enjoys family time, playing outdoors, making scrapbooks, making custom wreaths, customizing shirts, hats, decals, etc.

Ms. Myers joined Home Site Title on March 14, 2024, and proudly earned her Title Insurance Agent License on December 10, 2024. Each real estate transaction is a chance for her to learn something new, and she truly enjoys connecting with clients, realtors, attorneys, and county officials along the way. Outside of work, Ms. Myers is a proud mom of four incredible kids, and she has a passion for travel and adventure that keeps life exciting.
