Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Wiring Instructions for funds due to close.

Proof of purchase of homeowner’s insurance, if your lender requires the home be insured.

Valid non-expired PHOTO identification (e.g. passport, driver’s license, or state ID)

Original documents requested by your lender or title company.

SELLERS:

Valid non-expired PHOTO Identification (e.g. passport, driver’s license, or state ID)

Wiring Instructions, if you need to provide any funds to settle on your new purchase OR if you would like your proceeds wired. Account must be in the name the property is currently deeded to. Title company needs your wiring instructions no later than a week BEFORE closing.
