Title Insurance Premiums are based upon the underwriters filed rates with the State of Ohio Department of Insurance. The filed rates by the underwriters are the same for ALL Title Companies in the State of Ohio. The below rates are current as of January 2026. Please note that these premiums are a ONE TIME PAYMENT AT CLOSING and no more. You pay this price one time, and you are covered for the life of the time you own the real estate.
The Owner’s Policy and Homeowner’s Policy Rates are based off the Purchase Price while the Loan Policy Rates are based off the Loan Amount.

County Conveyance Fees (This is based off the Purchase Price and the rates for each county are different as well)
Miscellaneous Other Expenses, if applicable.
